    All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices include applicable VAT. Orders are confirmed via email.
  3. Payment
    Processed securely via Stripe. Payment is required before shipment.
  4. Shipping
    Products are shipped to Germany, France, Italy, and Spain using third-party providers. Delivery times vary.
  5. Returns & Refunds
    Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Refund includes the product and standard shipping cost. Customer bears return shipping. Contact customer service to initiate return.
  6. Intellectual Property
    All website content is owned by SPHINXADS LLC and may not be used without permission.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
